Reflection

Casting is an active word — a throwing, not a polite setting down. Scripture assumes you are carrying something heavy and gives you somewhere to put it. The reason offered is not that your worry is foolish, but that you are cared for.

I give You what I have been gripping. Help me not to pick it back up.
